We had less then 10 days on a letter of intent to deny when we called Mr Ponder. He was honest about our chances, which were slim. We hired Micheal. He gave us a game plan and we executed it. In a week we sent or last chance response to USCIS. I believe Mr Ponder put the fear of abogado in USCIS. Two weeks letter we received our permanent residency card. We highly recommend Mr Micheal Ponder as our go to lawyer.
